21:30, Above Eleven: the rooftop while it still counts
Above Eleven sits on the roof of the Fraser Suites, thirty three floors up, with the Nikkei kitchen and the greenery that made it a Soi 11 fixture. We take it before 23:00 for a reason. Rooftops in this city wind down early, and the view is the point.

22:45, Yadong: the local round
Yadong is Thai rice spirit infused with herbs and roots, sold from glass jars on the street and drunk in one go with a chaser. It is the round most guests remember, and the one they would never have ordered alone.

You walk through a fridge door into a low, dark room with a proper cocktail list. The contrast after a street round is the whole idea, and it resets the group before the club.

Levels is the Soi 11 club, and we go in through VIP entry to a reserved table rather than the queue. That timing is deliberate. Be inside by 00:30 and the room is full without being unmanageable.
The crawl formally ends around 01:00. Plenty of groups stay, some head for street food on Soi 11, and your host will point you at whichever is closer to what you want.
